Refund Policy

At Face It Skin, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and services. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we have established the following refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction and hygiene compliance.
Product Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance. This policy is in place to maintain sanitary standards and to protect the health of all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at:

Include your order number, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product arrives safely.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at genelle@faceitskin.net.
Services and Prepaid Plans
All services and prepaid session packages are non-refundable once used. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $45 fee. Unused prepaid sessions expire 6 months after the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
