Unlike other Dermaplaning methods, we do it the "Face It" way! Face It Dermaplaning is a way of exfoliation starting with our GLOW MASK that works dead cells away with fine organic sea salt to prep your skin for the next step; a 10 gauge scalpel that gently scrapes off the top layer of dulling dead skin cells with vellus hairs in order to reveal a smoother, brighter, less pigmented complexion. After Dermaplaning LUXE HYDRA DRENCH MASK is applied which has just a touch of glycolic acid (from sugar cane) aided by sunflower seed oil, honey, cocoa butter, wintergreen, tea tree oil and more, that smooths skin for a soft, buttery finish. You will want to show your skin off because makeup glides on smoother for flawless skin! This is a great alternative to peels for clients who are pregnant, nursing, or on certain medications. A European massage is also included with this procedure! Although merely an old wives’ tale, many people are often concerned that the hair will grow back heavier and darker after dermaplaning. This is not the case. As long as the hair is superficial vellus hair, it will grow back at the same rate and texture as before the treatment.
