Welcome to Face It Skin! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using any part of our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Services

Face It Skin offers a neurocosmetic-based skincare line designed to promote skin health and positive skin-brain responses. Products include serums, potions, moisturizers, masks, and other clean beauty treatments. There are no age restrictions for purchasing products.

Skincare Services

Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Champagne Fridays, with limited Saturday openings. All facials feature clean beauty products, hands-on massage techniques, and weighted steamed towels.
- Cancellations require 24 hours' notice or a $45 fee applies
- No children under 10 allowed during services
- No cell phone use during treatments
- Services are by appointment only

All information and services offered by Face It Skin are intended for cosmetic purposes only. Nothing provided should be considered medical advice. Customers should consult a healthcare provider for any medical concerns related to skincare.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping is provided via USPS with rates starting at $5.25. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Store pickup is free and available at:

  - Mon–Thurs: 8:30am–12:00pm & 4:15pm–7:30pm
  - Fri–Sun: 8:30am–11:30am
Products will be labeled and available in the 'Face It Product Pick-up' cabinet in the lobby.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. Customers may save card details for future use. By placing an order, customers agree to the return policy and may receive marketing communications via email or SMS.

Return & Refund Policy

Face It Skin offers a 7-day return policy for unused products only. Used or opened products are not eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and must be in original packaging.

Loyalty & Rewards Program

Customers can earn points through purchases, event participation, and social media actions. 900 points = 10% off all store products. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Subscription & Prepaid Plans

Face It Skin offers a variety of prepaid self-care packages designed to help you save while staying committed to your skincare goals. Packages are available for treatments such as facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, and light therapy.

All packages must be purchased directly through our website (Apple phone users must use the browser version) and are valid for a limited time period. These plans are non-refundable once used, non-transferable, and gratuity is not included.

Limitation of Liability

Face It Skin shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. Use of products is at the customer’s own risk.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, legal action may be pursued in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
